Jim Todd (Colorado License #40042450), a former Major League baseball player with the Chicago Cubs and Oakland A's, is the owner and primary appraiser with the company.  Jim works with a network of additional appraisers to cover any illness time or vacation time for both he and the other parties.  Jim will become a Certified Residential Appraiser in the spring of 2009.
